Chusquea culeou is between 2 - 4 m high, has a delicate, filigree foliage and is absolutely hardy (up to - 20C). It is one of the most beautiful and colorful Chusqueas, with dark blue-green knots on light green to yellow stalks. Chusquea culeou feels well in both sunny and partially shaded places. ?Sprinkle bamboo seeds for 24h in lukewarm water (about 30 C). For sowing, swell in water and place in a plastic pot. Spread some seeds on the peat pot and cover thinly with the Jiffy substrate (about 2 mm).
