This is silvertone cat pin and it is sleeping. It's tail is curled around beneath it and there are enameled charm dangles handing from the tail. Thre is a mouse, a milk bottle, a fish and 2 silvertone charms--one that says PURR and the other says MEOW. It is from OTC. It measures 1 3/4 inches across and with the dangles it is 2 inches high.
