31.5" In length
Carol Dauplaise designed high-end Modern fashion jewelry until her death in 2016. Patent # 3427691 was granted in 1969 when James R Johnson invented the slide clasp, but it wasn't used until 1975 in Haskel jewelry, and was discontinued in 1985.
