This Burton + Burton Cherrie Pie tea for one set from 2005 has cherries and white polka dots embossed on a nice shade of blue. The teacup and the teapot are trimmed with red stripes on the borders and white handles and pour spout. The set with the cherry pattern is a rare find. The tea cup is approximately 4-3/4" diameter x 3" tall and holds approximately 12 ounces when filled to the brim. It is approximately 5-3/4" long with the handle. The tea pot is approximately 7-1/4" long from spout to handle x 5" tall to the top of the handle on the lid. It is approximately 4-3/4" diameter and holds approximately 18 ounces when full. Good Condition with no apparent signs of use. There are no tags, so I have to assume it has been used at least once. There are no chips, cracks, or crazing, but there are 2 minor manufacturer imperfections that I have pointed out in the last 2 photos. There is a small dot of the blue color on the inside of the teacup and there is a chip in the blue color that is covered with glaze on the top edge of the teacup too. Shipping may be a bit high, depending how far it needs to ship, because it weighs almost 2 pounds with a box and packing material.
