Almost every year going back over two decades, they held an annual conference called "CA World." CA World was typically held in Las Vegas, but on occasion in other cities. Each year, CA created a small number of baseball caps to promote the next year's CA World, and they handed these out to attendees as each year's conference ended. So for example, as people exited the 2004 CA World, they would get a cap for the 2005 CA World. In this sale, we are offering TWO of these caps for CA Worlds that did not happen. The blue cap was handed out at the end of the 2004 CA World and promoted the 2005 CA World in Orlando. About 6 months before the event, CA World 2005 was cancelled, and no conference was held that year. The tan cap was handed out at the end of the 2009 CA World promoting the 2010 event in Los Angeles. About 6 months before the event date, the venue and city was changed, and the 2010 CA World was held in Las Vegas. CA World has never been held in Los Angeles. These caps are very rare and are 9 and 14 years old. They were never worn, but are stained on the top from the button due to age. They are being auctioned as a piece of technology industry history.
