"Waves" Print
Sleeveless Vest Top w/back Ties

100% Terivoile, which is a fabric made from polyester. It resembles silk in feel how it folds but the fabric has more room to breath than traditional polyester. Really colorful Vest Top w/a "ocean spray" of waves type of print (which is the best on how I would describe it). It has back ties to cinch the waist tighter. Measurements taken flat: 18" Bust, up to 18" across waist, 21" Long. Email if you need additional measurements. I will get them for you ASAP!
