A member of the buckwheat family, Bloody Dock makes a great ornamental addition your yard or use its young tender leaves to give color to your salad greens. Prefers partial to full sun with regular watering. Mature plants will reach 1- 1.5 foot tall and wide. Hardy to USDA zones 6-10. Use only the tender young leaves as a vegetable.
