Item description
One of Dellinger's video series he made while coaching at Oregon Univ. This one is just under 15 minutes but is fact filled. It breaks down the throw into 5 parts and is demoed by a competitive thrower. Steps are also shown in slo-mo so you get a feel for the details. Certain practice exercises are given for the steps so you can habituate the proper motions. Precise weight shifting is critical for long throws. This color VHS was produced in 1988. Video and case in near new condition.
