I believe that the dispenser will hold at least one gallon. It is equipped with a built-in nozzle at the bottom. It is about 12? tall including the lid, 8? tall at the rim, 7.5? deep, 7.5? in diameter, and the inside diameter of the lid is about 5.5? in diameter.
