It is in good condition but does have some light surface scratches to the finish from general use. I am unsure of the age of the piece. It is a contemporary piece and is made from compressed wood, with some solid wood and a lovely cherry veneer finish. The piece is 27” tall, 24” wide, and 16” deep.
