The microgreen is a mini version of the full-grown veggie when it comes to taste. Grow in container with about 1/2"potting soil. Even though it is a small plant that is harvested after only 6 days, it provides the same intense flavor. These microgreens are very easy and one of the fastest to grow. They can be harvested as early as 6 days. Expose them to light on day 2/3 and it speeds up germination. When they are left to grow larger, they get leafier and then they get less crunchy.
