This measures 38" at the chest (measuring just under the arm seams), 32" at the waist, and 22" from top to bottom. The sleeves measure 22" from shoulder seam to end of sleeve (my own humble measurements). This fabulous jacket is made of 63% polyester, 33% rayon, and 4% spandex, it is fully lined in 100% polyester, and it is labeled dry clean only.
