There are some scratches on crystal but not visible to the naked eye, only with a magnifier/eye loop. The leather strap smells like aged leather, probably not appealing to most people. However, I did not want to replace the wristband as most collectors want the original strap in place. The watch was mostly kept as a collectors item, barely used.
