My bag was made mid to late 1980. The stamped (888 V.I.) means (ex.888 August 1988) while (V.I. Made in France). The lighter brown leather trimmings on both sides (see image 2 3) are now ripped. The bag is double sided. That image (2 3) is the same image (7 8) that I featured individually so you can really inspect the flaws. The same flaws are also featured on the video. The shoulder straps has ripped as featured but they are not deep and they can handle the weight of the bag easily. Both sides of inside linings are clean.
