UP FOR SALE: Antique Victorian Goofus Glass star-shaped paperweight, likely early 1900s. Features a sepia-toned photo image of a young girl seated in a wicker chair, framed under convex glass. The star form has 7 points with alternating gold and colored highlights in the pressed glass, typical of early Goofus decoration. The image and glass both show age-related wear consistent with its age. Some loss to the painted surface and expected scuffing, but overall displays beautifully as a unique example of Victorian-era sentimental keepsakes.
