This is a lovely midcentury cameo style brooch. It has a unique layered design and is some sort of vintage plastic. The edges are slightly rough / uneven. There are a couple of places that are more uneven to the point that they look like small chips, but I believe they are manufacturer?s flaws. The ones toward the bottom almost look like they were exposed to heat. These flaws do not detract. The brooch is beautiful and the pink really sets off the look.
