The items are made of carved wood and mixed materials with a nice hand painted chinoiserie decorative finish. The lamps are from a fine Sanibel Island, Florida estate. These lamps are wired for electric use. The lamps are in working condition (it is a good idea to re-wire all vintage lighting before use). The lamps retain the original paper tags from the antique dealer: Fremont D. Armory JR. (dealer of) Fine Olde English Decorations (at) Twenty East Sixty-Ninth ST. New York (see photos) The lamps are not marked by the maker (see photos and determine the maker, the age, and the origin). Each lamp measures in total about 33.3 inches high to the top of the finial (each is about 21 inches high to the top of the socket), and each about 6.25 inches wide from side to side at the base. It would hard to find a better pair of antique wooden chinoiserie painted lamps. The lamps are antique. The lamps are sold in as found as is estate condition. The lamps have some dust on them from the estate. The lamps have some paint finish wear, some finish losses, some scuffs, and some signs of wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
