Vintage Antique 1920 Twenties Soutache Cloche Hat
Circumference is approx 19" - likely too small for most modern adults - model is 7 year old and hat fit snugly.
Lovely soutache swirls throughout (some are worn off) and deco rhinestone detail.
Lining is very thin and shattering on one side, I think it is silk.
Condition: Wearable with a gentle touch. The soutache has some missing threads. There are some blue spots on one side, like ink. Slight dirtiness inside and on brim.
