Item description

Most interesting thing about this bottle is how it works! See video. I am pleased to offer this fabulous Antique Chinese wine vessel made around 1900s. 8.5 inches tall and 5 1/2 inches across at the widest part of the bulbuls body. Very good condition with no dents or cracks. It is heavily constructed, with relief people and landscape. Seeing some parts showing silver - I believe this might be a silver-plate bottle and silver has 99% worn away. Beautiful craftsmanship. Estimated from early 1900s. See video how it holds water despite the hole at the bottom - you can fill the bottle from the hole at the bottom too and still no leak when you turn the bottle around. The only way to let the water out is through the sprout. Email me if you know the answer :-) Shipping methods: I offer multiple shipping methods. Please do scroll to the shipment page to find out the most optimized shipping method to your area. If you choose the default USPS parcel post, I assume you will be OK for me to upgrade to USPS priority mail or UPS ground at no extra charge. Shipping Charge: Shipping included delivery confirmation and maybe insurance if final price over $50. Item over $250 includes signature confirmation. Combined Shipping: Additional item is no extra charge or actual increment of shipping cost if heavy items are combined. Shipping time: I usually ship on Saturdays. So for some, I ship very quick if paid on Friday, and for those who made payments on a Saturday afternoon after P.O.s close, the shipping handling time could be a week -- that's why I don't list anything on Fridays, so that you have at least 24 hours to pay and I have 24 hours to pack. If you need your treasure shipped right away during the week, I can make arrangements -- please email for options. Returns: There are enough pictures plus text description to present the item (in my opinion) and to observe genuine auction spirit, no returns accepted unless misrepresented. Please do not hesitate to email with questions if you feel more information is necessary.
