BEAUTIFUL and right from an estate sale out of Pleasantville Ohio.
ANTIQUE VICTORIAN LOCKET with chain. THIS IS AN OLD ONE!
Square double sided decorations. One side has the letters LBA. The other side has a three leaf design.
GOLD CONTENT: (please read) I acid tested the locket and it tested positive for 10K gold....looks to be rose gold (I included a picture of the acid test. The bottom drop represents 10k gold) I am assuming it is solid gold but cant be 100%. I am unable to test the three leaves (yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold) as well as the initials but I am 100% sure they are all SOLID GOLD. The chain looks to be a replacement and looks to be gold filled. I looked closely and can find no markings.
The locket is 11/16" across and 1" tall including the loop and latch. The chain is 17 3/4" long. 10.8g total weight.
Light signs of age only on metal. Locket opens then locks shut with no issues. The locket still has its two picture holding panels.
