There's a piece of material at the waist on the inside with a button closure. Material is 84% rayon and 16% fleecewool. Made in Belgium. Size is 40 and to clarify, approximate measurement when laid flat ~ waist 14.5", hips 18" and from waist to bottom of hem in front is 25".
