After 12 hours, rinse them well under running water and spread them evenly on a germination tray. This type of seed tolerates germination equally well in a bag (from flax or hemp) and in a glass jar. Wash the seeds 2-3 times a day until they germinate completely. When washing, make sure they are drained well, otherwise they start to rot. On the 4th day after germination, position them so that they have access to indirect sunlight - this will increase chlorophyll production. When they are ready, you can put them in the refrigerator and store them for a few days, after which they can continue to grow. Before consumption, wash the sprouts as you would wash a normal salad.
