Super Water Based Concrete Sealer 1 Gal For Concrete Driveways, Walkways and Sidewalks, Concrete Curbing, Bricks and Pavers, Concrete Cinder Block, Cement-based Overlays DESCRIPTION Super WB Concrete Sealer is a 30% solids, water based, low VOC, strong binding, ?wet look?, clear, acrylic sealer for vertical or horizontal cementitious surfaces. This product contains a hybrid, self-cross-linking, acrylic resin with built-in water repellence and tenacious penetration and adhesion. It contains no wax or silicone additives. The coating is chemical resistant, durable, does not blush, has long solids retention, and is easy to clean. Super WB Concrete Sealer is non-flammable and environmentally safe ( 100 g/L VOC). SURFACE PREPARATION Surface must be dry and clean of dust, dirt, oils, and other surface contami- nants. It is imperative to provide surface profiling on concrete deck surfaces that are especially smooth, hard, dense, etc. For most applications, the most common means of profiling is accomplished with the use of SCR, the safe substitute for muriatic acid. See the application sheet for SCR for proper technique and instructions. APPLICATION Airless sprayer or roller may apply Super WB Concrete Sealer. Mask off areas to be protected. Do not allow puddling. Do not use a pump-up sprayer. Apply when sur- face temperatures are between 50 F and 90 F and will stay within that range for 24 hrs. after application. Do not apply outside if precipitation is forecast within a 24 hours of application. Cure Time: Dry to the touch within 4 hours. Coverage: Dependent upon porosity of substrate. Approximately 150?300 sq. ft. / gallon / coat. Cleanup: Before Super WB Sealer dries; spills, over-spray, and tools can be cleaned up with water. MAINTENANCE Pressure washing normally will remove dirt and grime. COVERAGE Varies upon substrate: approximately 180 - 200 ft per gal., per coat (16.7 - 18.6m per 3.8 L, per coat) 8 ? 8.9 mils wet; 1.6 ? 1.8 mils cured. DISPOSAL Contact your local government house-hold hazardous waste coordinator for information on disposal of unused product.
