A young Jesuit priest, whose gay prostitute brother has been murdered by a serial killer, heads home to Puerto Rico and offers his assistance to his police inspector uncle. 'Spiritual' blood writings are left at murder scenes smeared on the walls. Only a spiritual priest can help the police decode the secret messages which seems to indicate a great religous torment. Also, the bodies are arranged in such a way as to leave clues. But the priest himself is torn by spiritual doubts about his calling and is plunged into a world of temptation and vengeance. Great movie, reminds me of the film "Dust Devil" in some ways.
