DONG KINGMAN'S CHINA EXHIBITION by Helena Kuo Kingman Renowned watercolorist Dong Kingman recently had an
exhibition of his works in China, the first major solo show by an American in that country. The author, the wife of
the artist, describes how this important show was put together and funded.
ARTIST IN RESIDENCE: GEORGE WELTNER by Patricia PaulI Newsom. In Connecticut, the author takes the reader on a
tour of ceramist George Weltner's breathtaking studio-home, a former 19th-century church renovated by architect
Charles Moore.
