Additional Details ------------------------------ Product description: I was years ago when my brother, Marvin (who would soon be going to Vietnam). broke a taff family tradition bringing home a record album that was not gospel: "Merry Christmas" by Bing Crosby and the Andrews Sister's. I didn't even know if it was secular or Christmas music. I had never heard arrangements and harmonies like those. Bing singing "White Christmas" was a moment I'll never forget. Later. I collected recordings by Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett and Ray Charles. Today, these are still my favorite Christmas records and are constantly played in our home. I dreamed. If I ever made a Christmas album I would go back to those times and recreate the mood and memories of that wonderful era. Stop for a moment and be grateful for all the great things God has done this past year, then turn on the Christmas tree lights, fire up the logs on the fireplace, put your arm around the one you love and listen to A Christmas Song.
