A Simplicity 5245…a Misses’ Blouse and Jumper Sewing Pattern in Size 14. The pattern is cut and all the pieces are there; some pieces have pinking and some pieces have taped tears or holes. There will be notes in pen and pencil. The original seamstress cut a short version but the extensions are there. The instructions are there. The envelope is in poor condition with tanning and tears in the back. The pencil notes on the envelope front are much darker than the scan shows. The envelope flap is still attached. Copyright 1972. Pattern Description “The dolman sleeve blouse with back zipper and tie collar has sleeves gathered to sleeve bands. The jumper with midriff stitched to bodice and “A” line skirt has back zipper and square neckline.
