Item description

50 Seeds Sundial Peppermint Portulaca Flower These annual succulent beauties are fast growing, heat and drought tolerant. This plant forms an easy to grow carpet of peppermint color that will grow 4-6 inches. Produces droves of 2 inch wide flowers throughout the summer and fall. The rose-like flower has beautiful pink peppermint color. They have fleshy stems and leaves. Grows well in poor, sandy or gravely soils. Likes full sun or partial shade. Even though they are heat resistant, regular watering will let flowers last longer. Can be started indoors in winter to be transplanted outdoors in the spring, or can be sown directly into the ground in spring or summer.
