Has a slight, barely visible, endentation in the center of cover causing a small tiny tear in the paper artwork sleeve that can be pulled out upon opening and fixed with a real small piece of scotch tape from the backside. The backside is slightly endented with the shape of the disc hub. The Mill Creek label is known for "economical" packaging.
