3M Nexcare ColdHot Therapy Comfort Pack is a reusable cold-hot gel pack with heat indicator. It relieves pain naturally. Its gel is safe, non-toxic and 99% biodegradable. It can be used in two ways: Cold to reduce swelling and inflammation and relieve pain, Hot to reduce pain and reduce muscle spasms, relax and recover. Dimensions (in cm): 11 x 26. Comes with a protective case. Contains no natural rubber latex. Read the manual carefully before use. Cold: Place the pillow in the fridge or freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Put it in its protective case. Apply for a maximum of 20 minutes. Wait 20 minutes before applying again. Hot: Immerse the pillow in boiling water removed from the fire for a maximum of 40 to 90 seconds depending on the level of relief desired. Carefully remove the pillow and knead it to evenly distribute the heat. Use the pillow in its cover and apply it to the area to be treated. In the microwave: lay the pillow flat and heat for 15 seconds. Follow the same directions as for boiling water. Do not use on sensitive or damaged skin or if you have known or suspected nerve or circulatory disorders. Monitoring use in children and people with cognitive impairments. Check the condition of the cushion regularly and do not use it in the event of a gel leak. Clean the pillow by hand washing with a mild detergent that does not contain alcohol or other solvents.
