Cat In The Hat is clean black and white plush, wearing big red and white stripe hat and front red bow-tie, mini book attach to left hand (which is remove-able), black whiskers, black shiny hard nose, black stitch mouth, fuzzy black fabric nose, shiny U shape eyes (no scratches or paint loss) and measures 28 inches long to tip of hat.
