I do not normally sell motorcycle parts so use your own knowledge and experience to verify any info I give you. I believe this will fit more years and models. I was told it came off a 1999 Fatboy but there is a production date etched in the bottom. It reads 11/27/02 and 09:01 77A. It has two threaded bung holes in the bottom leading me to believe it was from a EFI bike. It also has 3 other hose nipples on the bottom. It has been repainted and they covered over the original stickers but they are in the right locations. It has a few small dents here and there. The inside looks clean. I see a little surface rust inside but no rot or pitting. It does need to be blown out from stuff dropping into it sitting around the shop for years. I got two small dirt dobber nest out of it. Overall I think this tank will clean up easy and need very minimal body work to be right again. Please view the photos. The photos are part of the description.
