Hole in waistband to feed tie through. Top has fluttery fathered short sleeve and front tie. Gathered at lower back. Beautiful neon hot pink and deep purple tones. Fabric content and size tag are illegible. I assume this is all cotton, and estimating the size to be a women's medium. The skirt has ample fabric so can be adjusted. Freshly laundered.
