BRAND NEW We took it out of the brand new box for the first time to place batteries inside and take pictures. We then carefully removed the batteries and replaced the item back in the box. All sirens, flashing lights, lights inside the box car and outer lights shown working perfectly. This item is brand new with all paperwork and insert paperwork.
