ELIGIBLE RETURNS AVAILABLE
- Unless otherwise stated in item listing, we offer a 14-Day refund policy on select items, subject to a 15% restock/return processing fee.

NON ELIGIBLE RETURNS NOT AVAILABLE:
- Refunds are not available for items listed as ALL SALES FINAL unless item is significantly different than described including photos.

RETURN/REFUND INSTRUCTIONS
- Buyer must contact us within 24-48 hours of receipt for RMA# return authorization.
- Return is at Buyer’s expense.
- Returns must be received within 7 days of the issuance of the RMA# in the same condition it left our store (ex. unopened, undamaged). New items that have been opened and/or used are not eligible for refund.
- All authorized returns for refund will be for original purchase price minus original S/H, restock/return processing fee, and credited back to Buyer’s Paypal account upon receipt of return item in it’s original condition, please allow 5-7 business days.
