1986 Duck Stamp Collector's Panel The Fulvous Whistling Duck Produced by Fleetwood in presentation binder. Mint mounted stamp featuring acrylic painting of a drake Fulvous Whistling Duck by Burton E. Moore, Jr., of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. Moore is a freelance artist and conservationist. His paintings have been on exhibition at The Smithsonian Institution, Cleveland Museum of Natural History, The Leigh-Yawkey Woodson Art Museum and others. Mounted on art panel signed and numbered (#99 of 1000) by Don Balke, respected wildlife artist. Each panel measures 10.5" x 13.5". The actual art print with border measures approximately 8" x 7.75". The binder is approximately 11.25" x 14" when closed. Beautiful presentation as is, or can be framed and mounted for wall presentation. In close to NM condition stored in non-smoking environment.
