I do not see any cracks or breaks in the lens. The metal housing has some bubbling/pitting in the chrome but is otherwise very straight. Includes the metal mounting bracket, 5 studs, 2 nuts and wiring sockets with wires cut long enough that you can splice into your wiring if needed. My items are sold as-is, there are no returns.
