Item description

This posting is for a 1/64 scale diecast metal model of the Detroit-Muscle series by M2. At 1/64 the models are about, depending on the particular model, 3.25" long, 1.5" wide and 1" high. The details are very impressive, from the photos you can see details on the headlights, taillights, door, grills, bumpers, wheels, tires, etc. The models come attached to a plastic base measuring 4" by 2". The surface of the base is finished to give the appearance and texture of a metallic surface. The models can be detached from the base by unscrewing two tiny screws. Printed on the base is the info for the particular model (year and model). A clear acrylic goes on top of the base encasing the model. Depending on the particular model, the doors will open showing interior details. Also depending on the particular model the hood can open and show engine details. The tires are made of rubber. Although these models are similar in size as regular Matchbox or HotWheels toys, they are certainly not toys.
