Item description

The Pupil And The Teacher A Leadership Training Text (appears to be a guide for the Sunday School teacher) by Luther A. Weigle, PH.D D.D. Luther Allan Weigle (1880-1976): An ordained Lutheran minister, he later transferred his standing to the Congregational denomination. He was not only an outstanding Christian educator in the 20th Century, but an ecumenical pioneer, an innovator in theological education, a great preacher and spokesman for American Protestantism, a preeminent biblical scholar, and an honored world citizen. Copyright -- first in 1909 by the Lutheran Publication Society. Copyright -- next in 1929 by Grant Bultberg This book was published by The United Lutheran Publication House of Philadelphia. 240 pages Very Good condition. No cover. One board corner just lightly bent. Spine loose, page binding tight. Flipping through the book I have found only two or three pages with some light underlining of sentences. No writings in front or back of book. Very good pages, no corner damage.
