Rare to find unused bulk. When using Loops, a SHORT or SNUB NOSED BODY will work best. Corvettes Lamborghini's work great. Clean shiny rails will also help the electrical contact. Multiple loops are best learned using a CHASSIS ONLY with NO BODY ATTACHED to figure out the best speed to enter exit the loop. Running Phantom, or with no body attached to a chassis, is always the best handling drive, as there is much less aerodynamic drag in the case of loops, no nose or tail to get snagged in the transitions. Multiple loops are best placed near the power supply to insure optimum voltage. One transformer per lane or Dedicated LANE power is Incredibly important to a good running layout.
