This is a Cabinet Photo from the turn of the century, late 1800s to early 1900s of a Cute Young Boy. Taken by the Mitchell Studio in Ottumwa, Iowa with name on back. Round corners with blind embossed flowers around edge. Clean photo with no markings on the back but a name written in pencil: Loarira (At least it looks like that's what it is). See back side photo below... Looks like the young boy is around 8 years old. Boy is wearing very large bow tie with ruffles on collar, hanky in pocket, with jacket and pants just past the knees, leather shoes buttoned up above the ankle.
