Mad Hatter is wearing his smooth top large green and shiny green hat with yellow 10/6, fuzzy gold jacket (very small area of fuzz missing from bottom right side), fuzzy forest green pants, shiny green shirt, green plush shoe feet, stitch eyes, white plush hair, shiny blue bow-tie, white collar, front white tooth with stitch rose pink tongue, hang tag attach to right hand and measures around 16 inches long.
