The listing is for a sweet oval, hand carved cameo style brooch in a rose gold filled fancy frame. The face is highly detailed and pretty! It is left facing, so less common. The frame is marked 1/20 GF 12k with a small maker's mark that I am unfamiliar with. The brooch has a well working catch. The brooch measures approximately 1.5" high and 1.25" across.
