While they mostly were new, unused, they all were put in a bulk container and some scratches etc, many had some wrapping or protective plastic caps, (now gone) so the pins are not damaged. Some also have some paint issues, marks, etc Look at ALL pictures, if there are any that look unacceptable for your application, ask prior to buying, so we can verify which ones we have left.
