This is a very interesting piece found in a very high value, Boca Raton, Florida Storage unit This was prior with a lot of pending offers, but I was unable to locate it in my inventory and took it back down until I was able to locate it again. ? Are you one of the original people that was interested in this item before it was taken down? Do you want to skip the 10 day wait and the not chance of losing this piece to another winner? Make me a very good offer and I will consider closing the auction early for a good offer, but please no lowball offers because they will not be considered. ? I do not know very much about art, but I do know that this is an original painting. From my research there is someone else that paints identical painting and I do not know if this person Ruben copied her work to an extent or what is the deal with this. Perhaps she copied his work . There is damage to the painting as you can see a crease in the canvas on the bottom and on the top section where the wood frame meets and possibly by stretching the canvas that would fix it. There is also paint flaking from the top left corner that I tried to highlight. This is a very nice piece though, and I particularly like the frame, although it does appear to need a good cleaning it looks very salvageable. I do not know the history of this painting besides the fact that it was found in a storage unit full of very very valuable paintings that I have been selling for thousands of dollars including some Florida highwayman paintings that have been authenticated and sold for thousands of dollars Absolute care will be taken with the handling and shipping of this painting and a $25 or $30 box will be purchased at Home Depot for proper shipping. I will inflate the shipping numbers to cover the shipping expenses and after I have printed the shipping label and know the full cost I will then reimburse the buyer for whatever is left over if there is any money left over. As it looks now, it will take a 42 x 38 box approximately 6 to 8 inches wide and that is not cheap when it comes to shipping but valuable art must be protected.
