Item description

Vintage original 7 x 9 in. US single-weight glossy photograph from the 1980s television comedy-spoof mini-series, FRESNO, broadcast on November 16, 1986 on CBS. In Fresno, California, the once-wealthy Kensington family's raisin-growing empire has fallen on hard times. They are led by widowed matriarch Charlotte, who is locked in a deadly power struggle with rival raisin magnate Tyler Cane. The image depicts wealthy raisin queen Charlotte Kensington (Carol Burnett) as she lowers he glasses to look at Torch, the Shirtless Stranger (Gregory Harrison), a shirtless hunky piece of beefcake. It is in very fine condition as shown. Provenance: The Hearst Herald Examiner newspaper archive.
