NOTE: THIS PRODUCT WAS created using a silicone mold. IT IS NOT REAL, IT IS POLY RESIN. (which means it is PLASTIC) The master was created from of 5 X 1 1/2" SECTION OF RED STAG SHED THAT WAS CUT IN HALF WITH A FINE TOOTH BAND SAW. It represents the exact shape of the antler, which means, IT VARIES IN THICKNESS. THE LISTING PHOTOS ARE ACTUAL IMAGES OF THE PROTOTYPE. THE TINTING COLORING VARIES FROM ORDER TO ORDER This Polyurethane is easily turned on a lathe. It can be drilled, tapped and threaded. It is useful for any repair that needs to appear as if it is ivory. It has been used in making a black powder measures, in jewelry making, scrimshaw, custom inlay, pen blanks, reel seats, custom knobs, duck calls, and many, many more unique products. This material works easily and will polish very nicely with 3M automotive re-finishers polish.
