This is a STERLING SILVER #1 MOM PENDANT from Beau Sterling!
The pendant has a heart at the top and then a loop at the bottom in which holds the charm. The charm reads "#1 Mom" along with a pair of small hearts.
The loop can be opened to remove the charm or add other charms!
Both the back of the pendant and the back of the charm are marked "Beau-Ster".
