(1268-1299)
Louis V of Loon, is the son of Arnold II (1226-1268). For County Chiny his studio was established Ivoix city took the name of Carignan in the seventeenth century when it fell to a younger Savoy-Carignan family branch. His nephew, Arnould III Chiny, V de Looz, succeeded him in 1299.
