Item description
Brand new factory sealed blu-ray is Out Of Print (OOP) in all formats and no longer being manufactured. Eighteen--count 'em--eighteen uneven vignettes by 20 international directors. Some are little slices of life tales while others are fantasies (vampires?):
Wes Craven's graveyard set piece with Emily Mortimer and Rufus Sewell, who are about to marry; the Coen Brothers funny skit with Steve Buscemi as an innocent bystander in the Paris Metro; a bittersweet slice of life with Gena Rowlands and Ben Gazzara (written by Rowlands); Alexander Payne's musing on loneliness with a perfectly cast Margo Martindale.
Some are about love and some about friendship and some are serious while others are lighthearted. All are so brief that if one doesn't strike your fantasy, the next one may, especially given the variety of the cast.
English and some in French with subtitles.
